Health Guarantee

All of our puppies are checked by a licensed veterinarian once a week while they are in our care. Pet Express only sells healthy puppies and each puppy will come with a detailed medical record which includes their full medical history from time of birth until the day they go home. Health records also include breeder information along with the puppies parents information.

• 14 Day Massachusetts State Health Guarantee
• 1 Year Pet Store Related Illness Warranty (Up to a $1000 value)
• 3 Year Hereditary or Congenital Defect Warranty (If diagnosed, with documentation from a licensed veterinarian, within one year of purchase, the customer would receive a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy. If diagnosed with documentation within the second or third year, the customer would be reimbursed up to 50% of the purchase price of the puppy.)
